    A world class professional racing cyclist
    He is a 3 times Gold Medallist of road race at the 13th, 15th and 16th Asian Games. Not only that, he pushed himself to the international world and represented Hong Kong in the Olympic Games for five times. With such outstanding performances, he won his first gold medal in the Men’s individual Road Race at the National Games of the People's Republic of China in 1997. In 2007 at Palma de Mallorca Spain, he claimed his first international victory at the UCI Track Cycling World Championship – Men’s Scratch and earned himself the rainbow jersey, a much coveted trophy of every cyclist in their professional career. After retiring from cycling, he is now working as a coach in SF&OC Sports Legacy Company Limited to cultivate sports in Hong Kong.

    A famous visually impaired runner
    The first visually impaired person in Hong Kong to have a running coach qualification.
    He woke up one day in 2009 and could not see anymore. After over 2 years of depraved life that he almost gave up on himself, he regained his dignity by practicing long-distance running, and became a regular participant in races, and won many awards. He has also participated in Taiwan, the mainland, and the United States, even in the extreme landscape, such as Antarctica, Arctic and Gobi desert. In 2017, he ran around Taiwan in 19 days and successfully raised $1.3 million for Hong Kong Guide Dogs Association; in 2019, he ran 2,500 kilometers from Beijing to Hong Kong to raise $1.7 million for Mother's Choice.

    A famous ultramarathon runner
    Currently working as a special school teacher and a famous ultramarathon runner in Hong Kong. He is the Initiator of the local annual ultramarathon event, the Crazy Run.
    In January 2015, he participated in the first Hong Kong 24-hour ultra-marathon and ran 219 kilometers, ranking sixth in overall ranking and the second among Hong Kong runners.
    In April 2015, he participated in the Ultra Marathon World Championships held in Italy, ran 205 kilometers for 24 hours, ranked 85, and the best among Hong Kong runners.
    In December 2015, in the 10th Tokyo Jingu Gaien Ultramarathon 24-hour Challenge in Japan, he ran a distance of 226 kilometers and ranked 13th overall.
